Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
This page is for California residents and supplements our Privacy Policy. It addresses your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA").
1. We do not sell your personal information; ad-measurement "sharing" and your opt-out
Granviex, LLC, doing business as NatBuddy, does not sell your personal information, and we never use your health-related or pet-health information for advertising. To measure our own ad campaigns, we use AppsFlyer: with your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission, the device advertising identifier (IDFA) and install, subscription, and purchase events are shared with AppsFlyer and the advertising networks where we run campaigns, so we can tell which ads work. Under the CCPA, this ad-measurement flow may be considered "sharing." You can opt out at any time: decline the iOS tracking prompt, turn it off in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > NatBuddy, or email support@natbuddy.com. If you opt out, attribution falls back to Apple's aggregate, privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork reports, which do not identify you or your device.
2. Categories of personal information we handle
In the past 12 months we have collected the following CCPA categories, drawn from the data we describe in our Privacy Policy:
- Identifiers — your account email, your name if you add it to your profile, an anonymous app identifier, and, with your ATT permission, the device advertising identifier (IDFA).
- Customer records — account information you provide.
- Commercial information — your subscription status (entitlement, trial, renewal), handled with RevenueCat and Apple, and, with your ATT permission, subscription and purchase events shared with AppsFlyer for ad-campaign measurement; card data is handled solely by Apple.
- Internet or app activity — anonymous product-analytics and crash/performance data used to keep the app stable and improve it.
- Sensory information — the health-scan and product photos you take.
- Sensitive personal information — limited pet-health context (such as a dog's health flags) used to personalize portions and guidance.
We use sensitive personal information only to provide the features you ask for, not to infer characteristics about you or for advertising. We disclose information only to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, who process it on our behalf.
3. Your California rights
Subject to the CCPA's exceptions, you have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we have collected about you.
- Delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — we do not sell; to opt out of ad-measurement sharing, decline the iOS tracking prompt or disable it in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Limit the use of your sensitive personal information.
- Data portability — receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
- Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
4. How to exercise your rights
You can exercise these rights by emailing support@natbuddy.com with the details of your request; you do not need a NatBuddy account to submit a request. You may also delete your account and its associated personal information directly in the app. To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity by confirming information we already hold, such as the email associated with your account, before we act on a request, and we will not act on a request we cannot reasonably verify. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification. We will respond within 45 days and will let you know if we need additional time as permitted by law. Questions can also be sent by mail to Granviex, LLC, 4700 NW Boca Raton Blvd #202, Boca Raton, FL 33431.
