Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when you can get your money back, how to ask, and why the answer depends on where you bought. It sits alongside our Subscription Policy and our Terms of Service. NatBuddy is operated by Granviex, LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
1. Who refunds you depends on who charged you
- Bought on our website (start.natbuddy.com): we charged you through Stripe, so we issue the refund. The money-back guarantee below applies.
- Bought in the app, through the App Store: Apple charged you, so only Apple can refund it. We cannot issue or influence that refund, however much we would like to.
2. The 30-day money-back guarantee (website purchases)
If NatBuddy is not a fit, ask us for a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. You do not need to justify the request.
To request one, email support@natbuddy.com from the address you used at checkout, so we can find the payment. We refund to the original payment method through Stripe; banks typically show it within 5–10 business days. A refund also ends the subscription, so it will not renew, and the premium access that came with it ends — that part is done by hand rather than the instant the refund clears, so if you still have access for a short while afterwards, nothing has gone wrong.
3. After the 30 days
Once the guarantee window has passed we do not refund periods already served, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next charge. If something went wrong on our side, write to us anyway — we would rather fix it than leave you with a charge you feel was unfair.
4. App Store purchases
Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, using the Apple ID that made the purchase. Apple decides these under its own policies and on its own timeline. Contacting us first will only delay it; we have no ability to approve, deny or speed up an Apple refund.
5. Cancelling is not the same as a refund
Cancelling stops future charges and nothing more: you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no money is returned. If you want the current period refunded, you have to ask — cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund. How to cancel on each route is in the Subscription Policy.
6. Deleting your account
Deleting your account removes your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. It does not cancel or refund a subscription on its own — an App Store subscription in particular keeps billing your Apple ID until you turn off auto-renew there. Cancel first, then delete.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please write to us before disputing it with your bank. A refund we issue directly is faster than a chargeback and does not risk your access being cut off while the dispute is investigated.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law that applies where you live.
